Shipping & Delivery Policy
Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
All estimated/typical delivery times are derived from real-world data collected from past orders. They are approximate times for reference only.
Processing Time
The processing time begins from the date you place your order. All stocks order are packed & processed within 1-2 working days. Once we've processed it, we can then ship it. You will get an email notification once its shipped or ready for pick up.
Shipping Costs:
Orders With $50 Minimum Spend: Enjoy free delivery with a minimum spending of $50 on Packink website.
Orders Below $50 Spend: There will be a delivery charge of $5 due to the bulky nature of packaging products. We recommend choosing store pick up instead!
Self Pick Up:Our warehouse is located at 1 Corporation Drive, #07-16, REVV Building, Singapore 619775. You will be notified via email once order is ready for collection. Pick up is available daily from Monday to Friday, 9AM to 6PM (avoid lunch 12pm-1pm) excluding Public Holidays.
Shipping Time:
Shipping takes another 3-5 working days by local courier. Despite the utmost care taken, please understand that we cannot rule out potential delivery delay caused by our courier partners. If you are working with a tight timeline, we strongly suggest self pick up at our warehouse.
Please note:
- Due to COVID-19, all packaging must undergo strict quality control and disinfection processes before leaving the factory to make sure we're keeping all our customers safe. This may cause some delays in the dispatch and shipping time.
- Shipping times will be affected during public holidays; manufacturers and couriers will limit their operations at these times. This is outside our control. Normal service resumes immediately after each holiday.
- Please note that APO/FPO & PO Boxes are not accepted for Express Shipping.
- Incorrect address details, customs clearance procedures, and other issues may cause a delay in delivery.
