Refund policy
For stock products, we have a 7-day exchange & return policy.
That means you have 7 days after receiving your item to change your mind or exchange items. To be eligible for an exchange/return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and unused.
Please note that for refund/return, there will be a service fee of $15 charge due to bank, delivery and processing cost. Refund will be in the form of store credit.
Kindly note that exchange & refund will not be accepted if:
1. Product has been used
2. Product is not intact or damage caused by buyer
3. Exceeds 7-days grace period of exchange & return
4. It's a customise product or special run quantity

Damages and issues
You have the responsibility to check and inspect your orders upon reception (within 7 days). Please contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You can count on us on that!
Please understand that we wont be able to do anything about it after our extended guarantee period.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned - custom products (such custom box, postcard, stickers, tissue wrapping paper and etc). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
